Manifesto of the Urban Nomad

We have decided that the final representation of our design fiction will be a manifesto presented in a booklet, with a starter kit for people who want to transition into an urban nomadic lifestyle.

Structure of the Manifesto

Section 1: (context) future cities, shift towards urban living, dying cities, reviving cities, regression to past societal structures, (past, present, and future)

Section 2: (objectives) exploring relationship between people and belongings, being a traveler and how identity is tied to a place, looking at how alternative lifestyles can start to fit into a shifting demographic toward urban living and changing climate patterns

Section 3: (messages) living in excess, value of belongings (you are what you own), you are how you live, having less is living more
